BATHROOM RENOVATION PROJECT

The client approached Fine Wood Details to renovate their outdated bathroom by increasing the size of the room and replacing all of the outdated fixtures

Fine Wood Details, Inc stretched the square bathroom footage by moving a wall and installing an updated tub/shower unit and bathroom fixtures that meet today’s standards. The bathroom project included gutting the bathroom down to the bare brick and then installing new drywall, trim, flooring, paint, plumbing, and wiring, plus the addition of custom-fitted new cabinetry to suit.

This client contacted Fine Wood Details, Inc to change their cold, wet, and dirty recreation room into a warm and inviting entertainment center. Seven-foot ceilings challenged Chris as he needed to provide access to the wiring above without height. 

Once again, this renovation gutted the room to the bare foundation and included new insulation and a complete rebuild. Chris designed and built the custom ceiling panels which covered the ceiling, allowed access to the wiring and plumbing, yet maintained maximum height for the room. Chris installed new drywall, flooring, wiring, and plumbing, together with custom cabinets, closets, and fireplace. All work was done onsite.

This client used Fine Wood Details, Inc to update and rework the current layout of their kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom area. The kitchen was nonfunctional and out-of-date. The other rooms are needing a facelift as well.

The design included a complete rebuild, starting at the bare foundation; new flooring, drywall, trim, and painting were done to create a more modern look and feel for space. For the kitchen, a peninsula was added, and the appliances were repositioned to increase the room’s flow and function. The bathroom and laundry rooms were also completely renovated, and the final result was a comfortable, useable space that suits the homeowner’s lifestyle.
